Device nodes /dev/video* are created by V4L drivers, yours is DVB.

do you have any other recommendation?
Code:
sudo wget https://github.com/OpenELEC/dvb-firmware/blob/master/firmware/dvb-fe-cx24120-1.20.58.2.fw?raw=true -O /lib/firmware/dvb-fe-cx24120-1.20.58.2.fw
sudo reboot
that doesn't help either

By the way I have 64 bit Ubuntu system

Could it be that problem?

I think you misunderstood. Yours is digital device and it will not have /dev/video nodes.

Won't work. Would you be able you help me if I told you I couldn't get to work today? No. You would ask why, what happened.
So I'm asking, how it does not work. Error messages when started from a terminal. Did you use any DVB command line utilities to test your device? You may need to install dvbutils or dvbtools or whatever it is called in Ubuntu. Please, make it a little bit easier to help you.

So what is the issue with the firmware, you never mentioned it here. Is there anything firmware related in dmesg?

Sorry but I try every single thing I find in google.I don't know whether it works or not.
It works under windows 7.

I did also tried to change pci slot in motherboard. But nothing has changed.

Code:
$lspci -v |grep -i 'Sky'
07:01.0 Network controller: Techsan Electronics Co Ltd B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB card (rev 02)
Subsystem: Techsan Electronics Co Ltd B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip / Technisat SkyStar2 DVB card

$ lspci -vn

	Subsystem: 13d0:2103
Flags: bus master, slow devsel, latency 64, IRQ 16
	Memory at fbef0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
	I/O ports at ec00 [size=32]
	Kernel driver in use: b2c2_flexcop_pci
	Kernel modules: b2c2_flexcop_pci
I think this is my dvbs card.

You do not need to build any drivers, at least for now. Did you notice your card needs several kernel modules loaded? It looks like for some reason not all drivers are loaded. You could use a live multimedia-oriented Linux CD to boot and get the listing with lsmod.
