computer stuck in restart cycle - AS5-U1

I have 2 computers with Intel DG965SSCK and Intel GMA X3000
card .
On both of them , following recommendations from Intel I installed As5 U1.
Everything looks OK ( they are dual boot -windows and linux) but when I reboot each one of them from linux ( with reboot command) both get stuck on machine restart and I have to reset manually.
