Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Compaq A3000 printer

I've had this Compaq A3000 all-in-one printer for a couple of years now and would love to get it to work under Linux. Does anyone have any idea of how I might be able to? Maybe write my own driver? If I could just get the printing function to work, that'd be great.

Thanks!
