Unhappy CNET PRo200 network card for redhat

Hi,

I bought a new Cnet pro 200 fast ethernet card..for my box running Redhat 8.0 (kernel 2.4.x) I think its almost the same as the Cnet pro 200wol.. Am I wrong? because kudzu doesnt seem to be detecting it.. Can anyone help me? What do i do with the tulip.c and kern_compat.h files that were included with the package?
