CMD640, RZ1000 and my motherboard

I have a Chaintech 6BDU motherboard and a Promise Ultra ATA 133 controller.

I would like to strip down the kernel as much as possible, but I don't dare removing the support for he RZ1000 and CMD640 bug fixes as long as I am not sure wether I have these chipsets or not in my system...

How can I get this information ?
