There was one review on Amazon where the poster installed debian and had the wireless adapter work "out of the box".

You likely need to access the set up program of its system, secure boot is probably on, (as it is MS Windows), then set it up to boot from USB first. I had to mess with my MSI micro box to be able to get it to boot from USB, check online to see how to get into its set up program.

I installed Mint on a Lenovo Thinkcentre by booting from USB stick, I imagine this would be the same. |

This reads to me like it refers to the Windows 10 Linux subsystem, not actually installing Linux.
Therefore it says nothing about the hardware's Linux compatibility. |
