chronos shuttle II TV-CARD on linux

how can i install chronos shuttle II in mandrake 10 or fedora core 2.
lspci in mandrake give me:

02:03.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)
