chown and chmod

hi!

well.........every time that i want to mount my digital camera(kodak dx6490) in my slack 10.2(kernel 2.6.13) i need to do........chmod -R 770 /proc/bus/usb and chown -R root:users /proc/bus/usb with hotplg activated, and i try to put them in the rc.local, but nothing happends

/dev/sda is not mountable. It refers to the device itself and not a partition on the device.
Try /dev/sda1 instead.

Try /dev/sda2 then.
My USB iPod gets put at sda2, even though there is no sda1.

Hi,
I had some kind of problem with my Flashcard-Reader.
When my Hotplug first found it on /dev/sdc1 than it was on /dev/sdg1

Try the letters and put it into the fstab.
