Question choppy video nvidia geforce4


i installed my nvidia driver thanks to the help of you guys, but now my video is choppy when running a game, any suggestions on how to smooth the graphics out?
I have an AMD1800+
512mb sdram dimms
60 gig 7200 r.p.m. drive
nvidia Geforce 64mb card
onboard sound

Did you edit your XF86Config file and added the necessary lines to enable your new driver?

yeah, i followed the exact directions on the driver readme..i get thye nvidia logo when i log in visually

but it wont let me hardware accelerate....Not sure why, does this card not support this feature in linux?

have you installed the right nvidia package

get the NVchooser.sh script and check it
