newbie42 LQ Newbie Registered: Nov 2002 Distribution: Red Hat 8.0 Posts: 11 Rep:	Choosing a PCI serial adapter Hello, I'm looking to add a PCI dual-port serial adapter to my Linux box running Red Hat 8.0. Does anyone have recommendations as to which brand and/or model I should get? I've tried the Siig Inc CyberSerial (2-port) 16550 but my application does not read from it reliably (other serial ports on the same machine work just fine with my app). Thanks.
