Changing primary Sound Card

After changing main board the auto hardware detected the built-in sound card in the main board and made that one primary.
How do I change it so my Sound Blaster Live card becomes primary?
I use Mandrake 9.2.

All I want to know is how to disable a sound card, it can't be that hard?

go into your BIOS and disable the on-board audio
