Change Interrupt

Dear All.

I dual booted my computer with Windows and Mandrake.
The problem is, network is working on windows but not in mandrake.
I checked it on Windows, the adapter has int=11 and base addr=6000H.
But ifconfig on mandrake shows eth0 has int=17 and base addr=0x8000.

How can I change the eth0 settings on Mandrake ?

Thanks.
