Angry CentOS 5 booting problem


Dear all,
I have a HP Proliant ML-350 G5 server running with Centos 5(final).
It has 4 SAS disk with Riad-5.But yesterday my server is rebooted and shows array controller battery low then i replace that module with new one.Now its shows "Starting udev: MAKEDEV: no such user: root. and then not booting.
please suggest me what should I do now to fix this problem?? this is very emergency for me.

Have you tried to boot the machine in single user mode? I would suggest this as a starting point.
