Cellink BTA-3130 Bluetooth Adapter

I've just got the aforementioned bluetooth adapter. Suse, Ubuntu and Fedora Core have all detected that a bluetooth device is connected but nothing else and I can't find any information about it anywhere. I've never used any kind of bluetooth device before so I don't really know where to start.
Can anyone help me?
