CDROM automount problem

I am trying to get my CDROM drive to mount itself automatically when a CD is inserted. I am running debian, with KDE 3.1.2, and have two CD drives. The appropriate lines in my /etc/fstab are:

/dev/cdrom /cdrom iso9660 kudzu,ro,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/hdd /cdrw iso9660 kudzu,ro,user,noauto 0 0

It works for the first drive, but not the second. Does anyone know why that could be?
Thanks in advance,
Guy

Since I don't use debian I wll take a guess here and say that it uses autofs to automount.

You will need to add the CDRW to the /etc/auto.misc file.

See the man pages and howto for help

I don't use autofs at the moment, but I'll give it a try. I assume I'll need to recompile the kernel?
