OMG!
You must be kidding me...

I'm not at home right now, so I can't check it atm, but I'm definitely *not* sure SCSI-CD-ROM support is enabled in my kernel...

SCSI generic, right, SCSI emulation, definitely. SCSI CD-ROM, I don't think so... How embarassing.

I'm going to arrange that as soon as possible, and I'll keep you posted.
