emolina LQ Newbie Registered: Sep 2003 Location: Canada Distribution: RH Posts: 7 Original Poster Rep:	You know what? I switched my CDROM which has different manufacturers, I now it's working fine. I didn't do anything just switched them. It seems that my Samsung CDROM will not work in RH9 and function perfectly in RH8. Anyway, thanks to everyone who tried to help. I have another problem now which is about SAMBA. I guess this is not the right place to ask about it because this is hardware stuff here.
