Cant get USB keyboard to work
I am running an Xbox with Xebian, Linux version 2.4.27. I connected a Logitech USB keyboard to one of the xbox USB ports. When I typed in dmsg I got a long list of stuff (doesnt look related to USB, if you want it say so) then

usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=8 (error=-110) this is what is killing you. this is saying you have a low speed usb hooked up and linux does not really work well with low speed usb infact sometimes it doesn't work at all. -sorry i had to bring the bad news unless you can find a fix it will not work because of the fact that linux has not caught on to usb keyboards. |
the assign part is were it stop i assume that is were it does not know where to put it.
