Unhappy cant find xc in suse10.0

Hi,
I am trying to install a serial port dial box on my suse 10.0 linux box and the instructions calls for me to put my drivers in the xc directory as follows:
"place this directory (dialbox) into the following directory of XFree86 4.0.1: xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/input/"

and then to make a file and "Place this with your other XInput driver modules"

Unfortunately I can find anything similar to these directories in my /etc/X11 directory.

I am a very low level linux user and can use any help that will get me going. Thanks a lot for helping.

You will have to create the directory yourself. Here is an example of how to do that:

mkdir /etc/X11/xc
mkdir /etc/X11/xc/programs
mkdir /etc/X11/xc/programs/Xserver
mkdir /etc/X11/xc/programs/Xserver/hw
mkdir /etc/X11/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86
mkdir /etc/X11/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/input

See:
man mkdir
