Canoscan LiDE 35

I've looked at the SANE-project, and after looking at that, as well as posts here, I thought I would go out and get a Canon LiDE 30 scanner. Apparently that line has been dropped (upgraded?) to a 35, the 30 is no longer available in my area.

SANE-project does not list this one way or the other. Are there any LiDE35 users out there, and can they tell me if it is fully functional using SANE stuff (or any other way, not counting cross-talk)

I tried my Canon Lide 35 this morning, using Kooka and it worked no problem.
