Canon s330

Hey, i just installed Mandrake 9.1 and i installed my Canon s330 printer under the S300 driver. It works fine under the CUPS system but it prints black grey and red light red (tint of grey on red, etc.)

What seems to be the problem? i went on a thread where Canon s330 DO work.. since i can't post any urls yet just go on google and type canon s330 linux driver and pick the first site.

So what do i do?

which says
Configure CUPS for S600, Foomatic + bj8pa06n.upp. Has minor formatting issues.
I would use the funny rainbow colored thing right of printer name after using print command in kedit to start the kde print helper, scroll down to select usb etc. It will take some work but looks easy for someone who already runs a pixma ip2000 using the canon 7000 driver, ie me.
