Canon D646U ex driver needed

I need the driver for Canon scanner model Canoscan D646U ex to be used with xsane.
May I have the correct link?

Sorry to say, but it looks like you're out of luck. There don't seem to be any drivers that support that model. Even the proprietary VueScan software doesn't cover it.

Canon is not very Linux-Friendly in general, though, so it's not surprising. I have a CanoScan 5000F myself that I haven't been able to use since I got it 4 years ago. I had to buy a new Epson scanner instead.
