cannot print from Knoppix Linux
 
I am a newbie just trying out Linux on a Knoppix CD and I like what I see but need help getting my USB inkjet printer to work (Lexmark Z45).
My Knoppix label says 3.6 and the kernel is Linux 2.4.27, Knoppix date 2004-08-16.
