Cannot play two sounds at a time.

Hello. I have been having some problems when trying to get two sounds at a time (Say listening to music. Whenever I'm listening to music, I can't listen to aMSN's sound alerts or play any other sound) .

Some data about my sound card:

Description: ‎ICH4 845G/GL Chipset AC'97 Audio Controller
Module: ‎snd-intel8x0

I'm not sure what I should do :S I've checked in my mixer's settings and nothing is muted. Is there anything I should do?

Thanks.
