Can not install the drivers of ATI RADEON X300 Video Card

I am getting problem installing ATI RADEON X300 Video Card driver in Redhat 7.3.After I downloaded the rpm package form ATI.com and install it with "rpm -ivh", it says "File /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.2 from install of fglrx-glc22-4.2.0-3.2.5 conflicts with file from package XFree86-libs-4.2.0.8".
How can I deal with this problem?

Is there a force overwrite option for rpm? Cause fglrx really needs its own copy of that file. Maybe you can remove it and then install the fglrx (or MOVE it out of the way to try it temporarily)

I have tried to install the rpm package with "rpm -ivh --replacepkgs" or remove the file, but the error appears again.
