Can my gaming pc run debian?
Sometimes GNU/Linux runs bad on new hardware.
But can my pc run debian just fine?
CPU: i5-9400F
GPU: RX 580
RAM: 16GB

Yes, if you install it correctly. There are GNU/Linux games, and there is a GNU/Linux Steam client for example with compatible games (but you can't play games that are only compatible with Windows, although with Wine/proton maybe..)
