Realistically, No. The video chips are integrated into the main board on a laptop, and there's no practical way to swap in a new one. My rule of thumb with laptops is: If you don't like a feature before you buy the laptop, you'll hate it after you do. Choose carefully....

Well i dont know as much about laptop hardware as i do with desktop hardware but when i had my laptop apart i saw a removable chip that said intel on it. It was toward the back of the laptop and it had a cable running to another place on the laptop, could this be the graphics card?

Well, maybe, but there are a lot of chips on the main board, so it's hard to say. Maybe Toshiba laptops can let the user replace the video card -- I don't know for certain myself, but it would be somewhat surprising if they did. I'd suggest you check the manufacturer's website, or call their customer service line to find out for sure.
