Can anyone recommend a nice cheap TV out card that works with Redhat 9?

I already have a Nvidia card in there, sort of want to keep that as the main video card and add a second TV out card so I can watch video's on my TV (Using SVideo of course). Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
