Can't install Wireless LAN PCMCIA Card on Red Hat 9

The card I cannot configure to work is a 3Com 11 Mbps Wireless LAN Office Connect PC Card, the code is: 3CRSHPW696. I'm working on a Dell Inspiron 8200 on Red Hat 9.

I've looked for various manuals and followed carefully the steps but still I can't make it work. Would someone give me an URL or any useful information to make this card work?
