Can't Detect Modem

I am using RH7.2 and a US Robotics Sporster 33.6, with Com & IRQ jumpers. I can't detect it with Kudzu. I was wondering if I need to set the jumpers to a certain COM port or a certain IRQ. Or do I need to change a setting to make it look for something on a specific IRQ. I have tried COM4 and IRQ 3, PNP with IRQ 3. I also set the modem to use IRQ 3 in the Bios. Those don't seem to work. Any help would greatly be apreciated.

In the BIOS check if you have PnP OS enabled, if so disable it.

I think I did have that set as a PNP OS.
