can't rescale movies with Radeon 9250

Hey,

i have an ATI Radeon 9250 video card.
The only way i can play vids with mplayer is either with -vo x11 but i can't rescale the window, either with -vo dga but the vid is all grey and green (but i can rescale it).
I installed ATI latest Radeon driver and ran aticonfig but it didn't change anything.

Please help!!

Try using xv or sdl.
