can't connect with adsl/speedtouch USB
 

Hi,

I'm having problems connecting to the internet with my usb speedtouch modem. I got the software for it installed correctly without any error messages and mgmt.o and route fire up without producing any error messages (not in var/log/messages either), but still I can't connect to the internet.

Might anyone have any suggestions about what might be wrong?

What distribution are you using ?

Have you tried using search feature implemented here??? It is very useful, the speedtouch problems were addressed here more than twice.

I'm using RH7.3, but i had solved the problem: i forgot the DNS IP adresses in /etc/resolv.conf
