buying new computer... memory help


What's the difference between CL3 and CL2.5 memory? what is CL?

CL = CAS latency, a measure of one aspect of ram speed. the lower the number, the faster the memory. if you're not overclocking you really don't need to worry about it too much, though. CL2.5 or even CL3 is fine.
