bttv & tuning in UHF channels.

Hi,

Has anybody been able to use a WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe (or any other TV capture card, really) to pick up UHF channels? I think we're one of the very few households in the US that doesn't have cable. ;-) I'm using RH 7.3 and the bttv driver. Since the driver isn't automatically loaded at boot time, I've added the following line to my /etc/rc.d/rc.local file:

insmod bttv tuner=2 radio=1

This loads the driver just fine, and I'm able to use Freevo to watch VHF channels.

On a side note, I've noticed that the FM radio always seems to be in mono, and never stereo. It's a strong signal, so I doubt it's an antenna problem. I'm wondering if there's a driver option I need to use to tell it to go into stereo mode...? I've been using 'radio' for listening to the radio.

advTHANKSance. :-)
