I've just upgraded from Red Hat 8.0 to RH9 and my printer which worked previously has stopped working properly.
When I try to print, the printer feeds through a sheet of paper as if it were working properly, but there is nothing printed on the sheet. I don't get any error messages from Linux. As far as it's concerned, everything's working fine.
There isn't a fault with the hardware itself as I've done the test page and that's ok.
I've tried removing and reinstalling the queue/driver but that hasn't made any difference.
It doesn't work with the ASCII test page either.
Any ideas what could be wrong here? No printing is no fun.
