Have you disabled all the legacy compatibility options in the BIOS? Are you installing it to a USB drive? Is the boot order in the bios set properly?

Doubt it'll be that but the boot order may be wrong. Go in the bios (usually hold del or f12 as the pc is starting) and make sure the hard drive you're installing to is the highest hard drive in the boot sequence.
