Nothing works except Windows OS.
BIOS only offer options as described in previous posts - no bootable USB - no bootable CD/DVD - ever (those boot properly on other machines).
My impression although could be wrong: Dell wanted to please Linux users but Windows ensured that was not possible.
May be it is possible to install Linux after having allowed Windows to boot but if it is, it requires a solid understanding of Windows, an understanding I do not have and am not interested in having.
Every possible/likely solution found on Internet assumes bootable USB available.

Yes - Did that, although I checked it a few times, the first time I changed RAID to AHCI, I probably failed to save the changes, but it's definitely set to AHCI the last 2 or 3 or more times I tried something different.
