boot loader robo linux

options on robo linux boot screen
maxtor 6L060J3 : will load robo linux. sda1
HDS722580VLAT20 : will load pclinux os.sda2
ST380011A :use to boot to win7 boot loader {sda3|
but now loads grub and displays ERROR 16.
files on sda3 are accessable from other operating systems.
unable to edit robo boot commands via the edit option.

Maxtor, HDS and ST suggest you have 3 disks, sda, sdb & sdc, yet you're showing all bootable installations on an sda partition. You should show us output from bootinfoscript so that we get useful information to suggest how we can help. Upload output to https://pastebin.com/ or equivalent. It might be useful to tell us something about your hardware as well. Output from
Code:
inxi -v1 -Gxx
would be a good place to start.

Error 16 in linux means Inconsistent filesystem structure.
IIUC, you get a black screen and error 16 when you try to get Grub to boot Windows. If this is the case, then it would seem to be a problem that needs to be fixed using a Windows rescue boot. Possibly it would help to use ntfsfix on the Windows system partition while booted to Linux.

robo boot

ntfsfix on the Windows system partition while booted to Linux and using a Windows rescue boot did not work however you got me thinking.from the Bios select boot device could not boot win 7 sdc .sda and sdb boot linux .replaced sdb [pc linux]with a WD800 80 gb drive.now from bios can boot sda [robo linux] sdb [kaos linux] and sdc [win 7] when booting robo or kaos select OS to boot screen none of the work but from bios its all good . thank you
