Kali is for experienced Linux users, and even then only for security and pentesting. Their own website even tells you they suggest running it in a 'live' or VM instance, and *NOT* to use it for a 'daily driver'. A lot of things (like wifi, etc.) are disabled or severely limited, since it's meant for security purposes. Bluetooth among them.
The solution to your problem is simple; don't use Kali. Use Mint or Ubuntu, and chances are things will 'just work'.
