bluetooth link_key file-permissions

Hi,

I own a working USB-bluetooth dongle plugged in my Suse 9.3 Box. I use
bluez-libs-2.15-3
bluez-utils-2.15-9

After initial pairing of devices everything works as expected, till I want to restablish a connection for the second time.

Then I get a filesystem warning that access is denied for reading the /etc/bluetooth/link_key file.

After initial setup, the link_key file got created with the following access bits set:
-rw------- 1 root root 36 Oct 29 12:27 link_key

I wonder, where I could configure, that the link key file is created with anything similiar to
-rw-r--r--

I tried to figure out, what part of the source-code might be responsible but could not find any appropriate section.

Any suggenstions?
