Bluetooth dongle
 
I recently got Bluetooth enabled hearing aids and found the Diamond BT200 bluetooth dongle to be 100% compatible with my HP 110-3100 netbook. For less than $10 its a bargain but be aware it only transmits fo about ten feet.

The implementation of the Bluetooth paring is very well done. Running Ububtu 12.04LTS
