BIOS upgrade, now Windows doesn't boot. Jetway 867AS

I upgraded the BIOS on my computer using a winblows app called MagicBIOS, only problem is I don't have the old BIOS and windows won't boot, Linux is fine which would you might think make the perfect computer. Alas my dad needs a windows only app for work. If anybody has any idea what might be wrong or has an older version of the 867AS BIOS that I could get a copy of it would be greatly appreciated. If you want more info on the problem it basically just freezes whether I'm using the ntloader or LILO.

Did you try normal windows installation? Is your hard drive recognised by windows boot cd? If yes, try to write ntloader into mbr over lilo and see if windows boots. If not, you can easily bring back lilo.

Yes I have installed XP and 98SE and I even tried wiping the disk and starting again. I can get lilo on easily enough and run linux but still windows won't boot.
