best cooling solution for epyc 7401 cpu


MB: asrock epycd8-2t
CPU 24-core Epyc 7401

EDIT: The CPU temp sitting idle in BIOS are at ~95c with the dynatron heatsink.
Putting a corsair h100i onto it failed to make a difference.

insufficient information. There are a lot of different solutions, you need to know how much "heat" is generated and which cooler can handle that.
