Belkin USB Ethernet
 
I have a Belkin F5D5050 USB ethernet controller that I'd like to get working on my laptop.

The laptop is running VectorLinux 4 (slack based, older machine). I know it should use the pegasus driver, and I know how to modprobe it, but how do I set it up as the ethernet card on the system?
