azza p4xa-av no post test

On power up, all the fans spin, the dvd drives flicker green lights, but no post test beep and no video output. I tried pulling the ram out, re-seating expansion cards, replace the bios battery and disconnecting the drives. Is there any other test I can do to see if the motherboard is dead? It was working fine several months ago.

Try a visual inspection of electrolytic capacitors on old motherboards, including many with socket 478 CPUs, and inside PSUs of all ages. Visit badcaps.net to learn what to look for and what may be done when bad caps are found. Try a power supply swap if possible, if no bad motherboard caps are obvious.

I am reading the link. I had a cap go bad with a dvd video player. The electrolyte looked like tooth past had popped out of it.
