AVerTV MCE 116 Plus tv card problem

My tv card doesn't output tv. Ivtv is setup properly. Heres output of v4l2-ctl -n.
v4l2-ctl -n
	Input : 0
	Name : S-Video 1
	Type : 0x00000002
	Audioset: 0x00000001
	Tuner : 0x00000000
	Standard: 0x0000000000FFFFFF ( PAL NTSC SECAM )
	Status : 0

	Input : 1
	Name : Composite 1
	Type : 0x00000002
	Audioset: 0x00000001
	Tuner : 0x00000000
	Standard: 0x0000000000FFFFFF ( PAL NTSC SECAM )
	Status : 0
I don't now why it doesn't show tuner here.
cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg
Test.mpg shows only gray video.

Are you sure the card is tuned? I have also just worked on one of these things too. Use the ivtv-tune program to tune the card (make sure you have ivtv-utils installed, or something like that). You also need to know the channel frequencies for your country - I don't know these for Poland, but they will be on the internet somewhere. So:

ivtv-tune -f 511.25
Tunes to BBC1 in the London Area.
