AV Input and 3D Acceleration

I currently have an NVidia Geforce 4200 graphics card, and would love to be able to watch television or play Playstation over my 17" LCD monitor. I see 3 options, but I'm not sure which are possible, and which are best.

1st option: A nice 3D card that has A/V input that's supported under linux... anyone know if this exists?

2nd option: Keep my current Geforce and buy a TV Tuner... What is a good TV tuner that will play well with an existing 3d graphics card?

3rd option: Ignore the PC altogether, and buy a hardware switch that flips between my computer and an A/V input... Do they sell anything like this in Germany?

Thanks for all of the help guys...

Get a separate TV tuner. That way, if you upgrade your video card, you won't need to re-purchase the TV tuner functionality.

I use an ATI TV Wonder VE with an old, but still very useful, Matrox G450.
