Audigy 2 platinum does not show all inputs in ALSA

Hi,
I am trying to run several audio applications through JACK that use a 1/4" input jack on the front box of my Audigy 2 Platinum. On the front box I also have a headphone jack and a turntable connected, and I have used the front MIDI port on occasion as well. These both work, but show up on the ALSA mixer as 'analog mix' instead of individual inputs. The 1/4" input does not work at all.

Running Fedora 9, kernel 2.6.26.3-29.fc9.i686

these are the relevant entries from /sbin/lspci:
Code:

00:09.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy (rev 04)
00:09.1 Input device controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy Game Port (rev 04)
00:09.2 FireWire (IEEE 1394): Creative Labs SB Audigy FireWire Port (rev 04)

from cat /proc/asound/cards:
Code:

0 [Audigy2        ]: Audigy2 - Audigy 2 Platinum [SB0240P]
                      Audigy 2 Platinum [SB0240P] (rev.4, serial:0x10021102) at 0xd800, irq 16
