I just installed Redhat 9 on my computer for the first time and also installed the emu10k1.v0.20a without any problem. But I get no sound at all.

The following is what I got after I did modprobe:

[root@localhost sbin]# modprobe emu10k1
/lib/modules/2.4.20-20.9/kernel/drivers/sound/emu10k1/emu10k1.o: init_module: No such device

woh. I have no ide what is wrong.. I use same driver for my card.. works fine (actually I use alsa on a 2.6 kernel with sbLive on slackware 9.0) but it is same chip if nothing else
