ATI TV Wonder Pro problem after upgrading to Mandriva 2006 from 2005 LE

I had an ATI TV Wonder VE PCI Tv card, It worked great in Mandriva 2005 LE. (A(fter fixing the channel offset). I Upgraded to an ATI TV Wonder Pro card which also worked perfect.
However, after upgrading to Mandriva 2006, (From the raw installation tree) my system identifies it as a Hauppauge win PCI TV card and it will not work.
LSPCI shows this:

Follow up. By removing TV card and allowing computer to boot up, then shut it down and reinstall card, reboot, everything works fine. Mystery problem!
